HOS-N20 Seated Chest Press Basic back extension: Start by lying face down on the back extension trainer with your hips resting on the pad and your feet securely anchored. Place your hands behind your head or crossed over your chest. Engage your core and slowly lift your upper body off the pad, extending your spine as far as comfortable. Hold for a second and slowly lower back down. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.
